- 1 cup Tea (loose leaf, good quality, black tea)
- 1 Vanilla Bean - cut down the centre and scrape out the insides
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Place the tea, vanilla bean (pod and all) and vanilla extract into a tin or jar and close the lid.
- Shake to combine and leave the tea to infuse for at least a week.
- At the end of the week, I cut up the pod into 1-2cm pieces and left them/it? in the jar.
- That's it. It is now ready to use.
